Technical Design Pack

from $250.00

If you're looking to have garments produced by a manufacturer or outworker, you will need a tech pack (sometimes called technical design pack or specification pack). This comprehensive document communicates all the information required to pattern-make, source fabric, and construct your garment exactly as you envisage it. Without a tech pack, design details can easily be lost in translation and you may find you need to have multiple samples produced before your garment is ready for production, costing you time and money.

Your tech pack also acts as a form of written confirmation of exactly what has been requested from your manufacturer, in the case that there are issues with production, you can refer to the tech pack to confirm if the garment was made as requested before beginning negotiations with your factory.

Please note: As garments vary in complexity, this price is a guide. Garments that are more complex and require further detail may incur an additional charge, the final price of complex tech packs will be no more than $350 per tech pack.

Grading guides are an optional extra and will incur an additional fee of $50-$100 depending on the complexity of the garment.

All details can be discussed in your initial, no obligation , consultation which can be easily booked through the booking system on the home page.

You will receive an email once your order or consultation has been confirmed asking for additional information to assist in our consultation. Please keep an eye out for this email and return it at your earliest convenience.

All details provided to St.Clair Design Collective are confidential and will not be shared with any other persons or entity.
